Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery: 7–12 business days — £3.99 (free on orders over £30)

European Union

Standard delivery: 10–18 business days — €5.99 (free on orders over €50)

Delivery times vary by country. Most Western European countries receive orders within 10–14 business days.

Customs and import duties

For orders delivered to EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays and missing orders
